Playing Recordings on Another Machine

What's the best player to watch my recordings on another networked pc? Just looking for opinions. Thanks.

VLC

Integrates nicely with the web interface and will play recordings from remove pc's without having to download the entire file first.

Downloaded VLC and tried it. The video doesn't work. It shows a still. Got me all excited.

I just install GBPVR on another machine & map the drive with the video files on the other PC in the video library set-up.
