enable / disable capture sources

currently on the config menu you can add multiple capture sources

once you config a source the only way to disable it is to delete it.

it would be nice to be able to enable or disable each source without deleting setup/source files.(ie check box for each source) would help with problem solving when setting up multiple tuners
