recording and live tv

I apologize if this has been answered before but I couldn't find it even after a search.

I'm wondering if you can have options for live tv and recording. Can you have it continuously record and can you shut that option off and turn it on whenever you want?

Live Preview mode is what its called in the config app. As long as you are not using an MVP, you should have preview mode running whenever you change channels or start live tv, until you pause it then it goes into timeshift mode.

You can disable that in the config on the misc tab.

MVP viewing always involves recording and watching a delayed stream.
