Transcoding doing nothing

Trying to use the transcode feature of the video library to make some 3gp/divx files form my phone and Palm Zire 71 but having a bit of trouble.

Looking in the logs the only related entry is:

C:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr\Third Party\FFmpeg\ffmpeg.exe -y -i "D:\Movies\Blackadder - Season 4 - Black Adder Goes Forth\Blackadder - S04E06 - Goodbyeee [digitaldistractions].avi" -acodec aac -vcodec mpeg4 -s qcif -aspect 4:3 -hq "D:\Movies\Blackadder - Season 4 - Black Adder Goes Forth\Blackadder - S04E06 - Goodbyeee [digitaldistractions].3gp"

Being a noob when it comes to ffmpeg I don't know if one of these params are wrong. I've tried it with a range of files and nothing happens on either of my machines (which are running Windows XP and v0.99.12 if GBPVR).

Any thoughts?

You might have to run that command line manually and see what error message ffmpeg spits out.

ffmpeg reported the error: unrecongnized operation '-hq' on the .3gp transcoding
Took that bit out and seems to work ok now.

Actually... that rings a bell. I remember making this change a few weeks back when someone else had the same problem.
