What has happened to the Manual Transcoding?

I just can't find it, or is the place for it where I just don't look?
I installed the latest version a couple of days ago but even before that it wasn't there or as I said, I just can't find it :p

There is a 'transcode' button in the Video Library if thats what you mean?

Well I can't see any
oh and not even if I'm marking the file either.
I checked the log and there are warnings and errors of some skin-files but not for the transcode if I read it correctly

Thats because you're using the slick skin, which is designed to be more simple, with no buttons etc. You'd have to use a different skin (like Blue) if you need this function.
