zprocess killed by itself?

It seems that the transcoding gets killed spontaneously when done on the fly through the MVP. after about 1 min of realtime transcoding it just dies. here is the log:

when i try to transcode manually within zprocess, it goes no problem. I have dual core opteron @ 2ghz. mencoder shows fps = 85. any ideas?

here is another one. this went for 2.5 mins. for the first one i had the CPU priority to highest and this one i set it to lowest.

Sounds like you have a fast computer. So you won't like to hear this...

You may want to try a higher pre-play delay in GB-PVR

I'm probably going to remove the option to change cpu priority. It is the biggest cause of problems. ZProcess should be set to Below_Normal and all other programs should be at their defaults. Changing the priorities causes us all to chase our tails....

And check other concurrently running processes...

That's pretty funny. as usual, I tinker and I cause the problem. I set the priority to real time and voila, it transcodes all the way to the end. Like i said in the previous post, even at lowest priority the transcoding stopped after a couple minutes.
