If you look at the Attachment 10826 (DeviceTypeCheck.exe-native) is that one ok?

I guess it is , afaik the devicetypecheck is really only for determining the devicenumbers. The rest of the info can very well be off.

And inside the settings for the Direct Recording Plugin under "Source" how many "Internal Tuner" should there be?
I got there:
1 Internal Tuner
3 Composite ext tuner
2 S-video ext. tuner
1 Fixed channel ext. tuner

That's the same for me.

Sorry I think I'm running out of ideas, you might want to wait till sub is back, he's on a holiday this week. I guess he'll be back in a few days.

Edit: Just to see if something was wrong with the card I downloaded the trial of SageTV and after a looooong setup I tried to record 1 ch. and see another ch. and it works fine.
So nothing wrong with the card.
But SageTV is already nuked in the trashcan

2 more question:
When switching channels, after I only switched 3-4 channels the audio is out of sync. I must push exit or esc button and then live tv again to get it in sync.
But it happens again after switch 3-4 channels.
Any suggestion?

This will come down to the audio/video decoder you're using, or some situations the audio renderer.

And like other people I cannot record one channel and watch another, it says No free record device etc etc
If I look at "show status" it says "Device1" Recording and "Device2" Sleeping.
How can i "wake" the second one up ;-)

What EPG source are you using? XMLTV or have you used the 'add' button to manually create your channels?

Hi.

No XMLTV.
I added the channels myself.

But the first time after adding a capture source, i had to add XMLTV as EGP plugin otherwise the ADD channel button wouldn't appear clickable.
