Invalid EPG download from Zap2it

Greetings all,

This all started with an empty channel guide. I just found it today, but it grabbed all my shows 10 days from now, so it appears it started 2-3 days ago. (I grab 13 days at a time.)

I'm getting an invalid channel list from Zap2It, it seems. I get the message below in the logs. I can connect to their account website, I can log in, account out till July, and everything seems fine. I do not have the tools at this moment to test the EPG download, but will take any suggestions possible. I most likely will mess with this more on Monday morning.

Here's the log entry. I get a similar message after I restarted the service and did it manually from config as well. (garbled a bit by ubb code it seems)

I'll be posting this in the Zap2It forums as well, if someone can tell me anything about this error message.

What versoion of GB-PVR are you running? How big is your gbpvr.mdb file?

Bah, that could be it. My gbpvr.mdb is just over the 2 gig mark. I'm running latest, .99.12. Guess it's time to bust out the database maintance tools and trim a little? have a suggestion?

This ever growing MS Access database is the main reason we switched to using a SQLite database for all new installs (and older installs encouraged to run ChangeDatabase.exe).

You could try stopping all the GB-PVR software, then run JetComp.exe from the gbpvr directory.

When I lost my Tivo a year ago, I was upset, but I found solace in gbpvr. This is the kind of support you should brag about. `8r)
