Can 1.4.7 still be downloaded? The 1.5 version uses ts mux which doesn't work well with comskip and I'd like to have a backup install file of 1.4.7 in case I need to reformat in the future.

Don't know how long it will be there but it's link is still on the GBPVR page. Likely that will change when NPVR is out of beta.
