Flash Animation Integrated Menu

I can animate with XML and Flash. I was wondering if Flash could be integrated into GBPVR to create a more interesting menu? The new Sagetv has animated their menus. What is required to develop this in GBPVR?

I think there is a way of adding animation to the plugins. I remember that the MyVideos plugin the menu buttons had a fly in feature. It was kind of annoying though.
