Best place to buy and sell tuner cards, video cards, etc.?

I'm curious what the best place to buy and sell tuner cards, video cards, or other HTPC stuff? I've tried the local Craigslist with poor results. Ebay is the typical default, but for some reason I'm not crazy about using Ebay.

Are there any good marketplace forums specifically aimed at this sort of thing? I know there's one on the AVS forums, but you have to be a club member ($35!) in order to post there.

I've bought & sold a few items right here, as have some other forum members. I don't think Sub or anyone else would mind if it's just the occasional sale and the dealing is taken off-line (PM or email).

There was some discussion a while back about adding a 'For Sale' forum but IIRC the consensus seemed to be that it could be done here as long as folks don't get carried away.

At least that's my take on it...not necessarily that of the management...

That's what I was thinking, but I don't want to cause any problems by posting items for sale if it's not accepted practice. I only have a couple of items, and that would be the end of it.
