XMLTV Questions

I believe they're V-Chip TV ratings.
I did a query for "is_fv_rating" with a value of "1" and came up with a show that had this rating in xmltv.

Code:

<rating system="VCHIP">
      <value>TV-Y7</value>
    </rating>

But according to this site it looks like it should have been rated "TV-Y7-FV"

"Note: For those programs where fantasy violence may be more intense or more combative than other programs in this category, such programs will be designated TV-Y7-FV."

Hey I found some more information on the topic that should make it easy to match the yahoo words to their xmltv values.

I got the vchip ratings correct. They are saved in the database under TvRating. I had to add the dash though.

Jim_ hasn't been around for a while. That doesn't mean he won't be, but it's been a long while....

You might be better off using the generic xmltv.exe and then UltraXMLTV to enhance your listings...
