Sub,

This is something we have discussed in the past, but I noticed something I didn't notice before:
I "complained" in the past that GB-PVR will not recognize correctly my Live TV.
I have a wide-screen TV, and so is the setting in the config app.
When in "Auto" mode, showing 16:9 videos use the full screen. But watching live TV (from a SD feed) also uses the full screen (which is wrong).

However, what I noticed now, is that if I watch recorded shows (from the same SD feed), it shows them correctly in 4:3 mode. How come? I mean, the live TV and the recording should have similar data, no?
So, why won't it recognize the Live TV as 4:3 too?

Thanks

GB-PVR currently handles this scenario correctly with digital devices, but unfortunately not with analog devices. I've corrected this for the next release.

attached. Thanks.

I did the following (each for about 10 sec):
1) Watch live TV (SD 4:3 feed) - showed wrongly on full (wide) screen
2) Watch recording (from a SD 4:3 feed) - showed correctly in box (4:3)
3) Watch a video (4:3 file) - showed correctly in box (4:3)
4) Watch a WS video (16:9) - showed correctly on full (16:9)
