Hi,
I'm using hibernator and I have my screensaver set to start after 10 minutes. I've only had the problem happen twice now, but when I start watching a recording after about 10 minutes the screensaver turns on. If I move my mouse it goes away and never comes back for the rest of the recording. I thought that gbpvr sent messages to the computor every 4 minutes to remind it that it was being used. I guess I'll try using a regular screensaver and see if I can reproduce the problem but I dont really know why the problem would be hibernator. Is there something I should check so that this doesnt happen again? Should I attach my logs if it happens again?

Yeah, it definitely tells Windows the monitor is still in use every four minutes.

I've watched countless recordings without the screensaver kicking in. (the same cant be said while watching photo slideshows, though this has been fixed for the next release)

My computer is hibernating after a few minutes of playing songs... Does gbpvr send a notice to windows to let it know not to hibernate?

Yes - every four minutes.

I've not seen any other reports of either of these, so I'm assuming its something funny about how you've got your machine setup.

I've still not seen it happen here, but I have put some logic in for the next release that will hopefully solve it for those that have this problem.

i noticed last night my monitor was turning off for a second or so if i didnt touch remote for a while
client set to streaming
only thing i have changed is from file sharing to streaming
so it maybe differrent than everybody else
its set to turn monitor off after 2 minutes(in bedroom so if you fall asleep it turns off at end of show)
never had it before and its probably been setup for over 6 months
