i`m planning to move from another PVR software into GBPVR mainly because for the MediaMVP, the question is, will the KWorld Creator TV MCE TV 200 Deluxe work under gbpvr ?

PS: I can find info about this card on KWolrd website.. looks like they are no selling this or supporting it anymore.

To be honest, I dont really know anything about this card. I'm not sure if it'll work with GB-PVR or not.

Thanks for the reply..

I`ll test it out and let you know the result.

I found this on the MediaPortal site.

# Conexant Cx23880 Video/Audio Decoder
# 10-bit video ADCs
# Supports all analog broadcast video and audio
# formats used worldwide
# Capture resolution up to 768X576 (Square Pixel PAL/SECAM)
# NTSC and PAL adaptive comb filter for 2-D Y/C
# luminance and chrominance separation
# Conexant Cx23416 MPEG-2 video and audio encoder

right now i`m using it with mediaportal.
(its ok to mention another pvr software? if not sorry!)

Can you run FilterCheck then attach the resulting FilterCheck.log: http://forums.gbpvr.com/showpost.php?p=1...ostcount=6

Yes.. i will, but first i`m browsing the forum for info about setups using win2k3.
the htpc will be dedicate and i think win2k3 is more stable thant winxp. the mchine will be use just for gbpvr and storage the music and movies. this weekend will be the time to do all the move from mediaportal so... hoping not to get so long without tv. Big Grin

Ok. Post the filtercheck.log when you get a chance and I'll see if it looks compatible.

Based on that, it looks like GB-PVR should auto detect the card as a "Conexant BlackBird".
