2 New Vista hotfixes are out

An update is available that improves the compatibility and reliability of Windows Vista

I bravely tried these last week and it may be just my imagination but I think I'm running just a tad bit faster.
Sleep seems to also be more stable though it still doesn't work as well as XP for me.
