Audio Video Sync (Nova-S and MVP)

The audio sync problem is back again. Not sure where to go from here. Anyone else having similar problems?

I have upgraded my machine to a p4 running at 3GHz and the audio sync problem has got a lot better. I still get it occasionally, and I think its more likely to occur when I am using the PC while its recording. Not really sure though.

I still have the occasional but have found defragging my hard drive regularly also helps. I use JKDefrag which seems to do a much better job than the built in windows XP one, and try to keep my drive only 50% full.
