Greetings Folks

I am at a loss here to determine what I should or need to do next.

I have been using gbpvr 99.12 with up to 2 tuners connected through s-video to a sdtv.

Well the sdtv died and so I bought a 50" plasma. Great picture but now I am not sure how to get gbpvr back into my life, I miss it Sad

First I should say I'm with comcast.
I've requested digital service and need to pick up the box Monday. I can also pick up a HD converter box as well (not sure if I need this just yet).

I have the pvr150-mce and qvr-1600 (qam version) in my htpc along with a 6800GS video card (has s-video and component outputs).

The tv has ota cable (antenna), cabble coax, 2x s-video, 2 component, hdmi and I think a few others but think what I've listed is what I'll be needing to get me back to gbpvr.

So I REALLY need your help in getting me back gbpvr please.

The easiest is to use the cable box Svideo output hooked up to your pvr150. You can drive the set with the component outputs of your video card.
You might be able to use the QAM input on your tuner to receive unencrypted channels. Depending on your provider, this could be everything besides the pay channels, nothing or something inbetween. Again use the component outputs to hook up to your tv.

Getting the Digital box and HD converter today so will have a better understanding of the connections. I'll bump this thread after I play a little with any questions.
