Digital Everywhere has drivers for the FloppyDTV DVB-C for Microsoft's MCE. This emulates the DVB-C as an DVB-T, making it usable in MCE. This even works with encrypted channels (using an Alphacrypt CAM). I thought MCE doesn't support encrypted channels, so I wonder how this works. And could this also work for GB-PVR?

Yes, floppyDTV works fine with gbpvr. See the manufacturers site.

The floppyDTV works with GB-PVR, but only for unencrypted channels. There is no CAM support.

You might be able to get CAM support using the method described here: http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=29910, or alternatively you could look at using multidec plugins for watching encrypted channels.
