this has happened 3 times now.
if I choose a season record from the client, it will hang for a while.
sometimes it will come back after a couple mins.
sometimes I have to ctrl-alt-del to get out of it.
in that case, the recording service on the server will be not responding, and I have to run Restart.bat before I can do anything again.
choosing quick record or choosing just a single episode does not cause this problem.
