How to bring up signal meter?

I recall seeing sub post some key-combo while watching Live TV to bring up the signal quality and strength meter for ATSC broadcast but I just can't seem to find it and it's not on the wiki.

This manually requested signal meter isnt in PVRX2.exe yet. You'll only get the auto signal meter if it loses the signal entirely.
