lost video on atsc HVR 1600 side

I had 2 tuners in my pc working great, then my stand alone pvr 150 died.

My config was:
HVR 1600
PVR 150

Instead of replacing it I removed the 150, and now when I tune atsc channels I get audio but no video. With
qam channel the audio and video is fine. Also video playback is fine. I tried reinstalling all my video decoders and nothing helped.

Any ideas? i have attached my log files.

Try setting the deinterlacing to 'encoder pass through' on the misc tab of the config app.
