i remember a while ago that someone posted asking if there was any interest in create a skin that looked like vista - was this one of tipsters threads that got removed or did someone else post it ? ive searched and cant find it

It was one of Tipsters. It was called Black Raptor. I did happen to find the icons he was using for it though. I've got the links somewhere. As soon as I find them, I'll post them. Maybe someone can create a skin with them. It's on my todo list but I can't seem to get to it.
