Hi,

I've a strange problem with my setup here (might be, because it's a strange setup) ...

I'm loacated in Germany and tuning all the PAL channels is fine. In addition to the PAL channels there some SECAM channels that are fed into the PAL cable network. So they are transmitted on Western Europe PAL frequencies but are encoded with SECAM video standard.

While searching the forum, I found the hint to use ForceStandard=262144 in order to force SECAM-L video standard. Setting this value in direct.ini, my SECAM channels tune fine, but all my PAL channels have false colors.

I'm using a PVR-500 for the PAL channels and a seperate PVR-150MCE l.p. (it has a PAL/SECAM tuner) for the SECAM channels.

Setting the country for the capture source associated with the PVR-150 to France or any other country using SECAM standard doesn't give me any clear picture. Using Germany, I can tune the channels, but they appear wrong colored.

So having an option like ForceStandard but with its scope limited to only one type of card instead of all cards defined in direct.ini, would probably solve my problem. Is there such an option or any other possibility to get theese channels tuned?

Thanks in advance

Try installing the attached patch, and adding a "ForceStandard=262144" to the specific card section.
