No more window mode ???

Don't know what happened. I used to be able to Alt-Enter to toggle between full screen and window mode. Now I get (full screen) AND (full screen with the min/max/close). I can not figure out how to resize to a small window for viewing.

What did I do ?

When you have the min/max/close buttons visible you should be able to trag it by the title bar so that you can see a corner, then resize to whatever size you like. When you close the app it should remember that smaller size.

The very next time I started up it worked as it has been. I changed nothing, not even a restart. I do see how if it is maximized you can drag down the title bar and get an edge to resize.
