(Bug) Fix: Screen Size

Scroll position retention works fine in Guide2 - vertical position maintained after left/right page scrolling and after changing date/time and clicking Go.
Also in Search Results - position maintained after selecting a program and clicking Record Selected.
However, in Manage Recordings, if I Cancel a pending recording, vertical position returns to top rather than moving to the next entry in the table.

I'll need to think how I want to implement this.....the problem is that for the cancel that is on the page you really reload the page passing in the programme id that you want to cancel......this looses the scroll position.

I will need to create a javascript function for that cancel to call that will append a new query param for the scroll position and then when the page reloads set the scroll position back on the page....
