Issue with v1.1.5 looses EPG

Just out of curiosity, how do you connect to the internet? dial up, DSL, cable, satellite etc?

I have a high speed cable connection. 8000 down and 800 up.

Just a note, I downloaded XMLTV and used it to create a 14 day xml file on my PC,uploaded it. I now have 14 days EPG on my system.
There must be something disconnecting between GBPVR and Servicedirect.
