Sorry, I dont know what to suggest. There is no sign of anything going wrong in your logs, so I dont have much to go on.

Found the problem with PVRX2 display missing menu:

I use the ATI driver mode 'horizontal stretch' to stretch the Windows desktop right across both monitors. PVRX2 doesn't like this. GBPVR is fine.

If I change driver mode to 'Extend' to second monitor it works ok.

I still prefer the stretch mode as then I get the task bar stretched over both screens, with the system tray on the right screen.
I guess I can switch modes if I need PVRX2, or stick with GBPVR.

Ok, good to hear you found a work around.

Its unlikely I'll change anything to get it working the way you initially tried, but at least you now know the cause.
