Actually, I can't get anything to record to the hdd, which is the same problem as the live tv not working. It says in the logs that it can't locate filter. The log for the recording service file keeps growing even after the pvrx2 is closed. It keeps repeating:

"VERBOSE SetFilterProperty - IKsPropertySet->QuerySupported property failed".

I can use the wintv program and watch tv. I can watch files through gbpvr.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Attached are the logs. I have truncated the GBPVRRecordingService.exe-native.log to make it easier to read. The above mentioned line just keeps repeating forever. Its actually a rar file not a zip.

You'd typically get this error message in the logs if you've got a Hauppauge PVR150/500 yet told the application you have a PVR250/350, so check the card type for you capture source.

I have both cards. I have a PVR 250 and a PVR 150 installed. After you mentioned the wrong card being called, I checked my configuration setup in the program vs what was physically installed. My settings were correct for the cards as they were mounted, however, when I reversed the settings in the program, they worked. 1 was card 2, and 2 was card 1. Anyway, it works now. Thanks.

Great - that would have been my suggestion when I'd heard you had a mixed combination of these two families.
