Recordings have wrong file name and data

Over the past few weeks many of my recordings and they seem to be HD ones have wrong file names and descriptions. The correct show is recorded and the show is correct in the guide, but while the recording is pending and after it shows a different, title, description, etc. Also I have not installed 1.1.5 yet, but I never had this problem up until recently. Any ideas?

I'd start by installing 1.1.5. If it still happens, then zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.

Just out of interest, how do you update your EPG? Do you use the scheduled EPG update in config (with full EPG reload checked)?

I had similar problems (with 1.1.5) and am trying to work out if it's related to my EPG update script.
