Hi, First time caller, long time listener here.

I'm getting all the channels, but I'm only getting sound from TV1 (AC3) and TV2 (AC3). Is that what everyone else is getting?

And if I'm not interested in the TV guide, then I don't have to worry about EPG's?

I was using my AverTV DVB-T in England with GBPVR so it's good to get it back on in Wellington.

You need to install the Monogram AAC decoder for AAC audio to work. This is mentioned in the release notes.

V 0.9.0.0 seems to be the most stable at present

Copy this to your windows\system32 directory (or another location of your choice) and register it using regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\mmaacd.ax

Ok, very long story not so short.
After several months of trying to figure out what the unknown devices where on my laptop, I worked out that it was an A310, and in searching for drivers for said device I stumbled all very serendipity like into this thread.
To my delight I discovered that it happened to be able to view/scan television / free view. I hurriedly searched for drivers to find that there were not compatible for this device in XP. So I installed windows 7, now everything appears to be correctly driven, but I am now embarrassingly at a loss as to what to do next.

Is it possible for someone to link me a guide to installing and configuring and additional software for this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated .

What have you done so far?
Install .NET 2 (although I expect thats built into win 7 anyway)
Install the VC .net runtime
Install GBPVR, run the config app.

The check the wiki on how to set up your capture card. http://www.gbpvr.com/pmwiki/
You'll need a H264 decoder for the freeview HD signal, like an older version of Cyberlink PowerDVD ultra (v8, v9 will not work)
