ATI HD3650, a great video card

Same here i am interested to know where one of these adapters can be purchsed from. Most producers of the Radeon 3650 dont appear to include the adapter in the box.

the ati decoder is not from cyberlink! the dvd decoder is!
avivo is seen as "ATI MPEG Video Decoder" and has nothing to do with the cyberlink decoder built for ati..
it decodes h264,vc1,mpeg1/2,wmv,plus...very full featured..
also works on almost any card...tho those with nv12 colorspace outs will benefit most...and looks flawless in evr.. [best quality i've seen yet for any pc]

also, i have the black adapter but it's made by belkin.. worked fine with my 3650..[which also isn't smooth on higher resolutions,very disappointing considering the speed]

the ati decoder works well, but nowdays i've gone on to use the ffdshow ones as they are more tweakable and a bit faster for me with my intel board..

use DxvaChecker and look at ati decoder to see all the formats it can decode..
it says it can't do dvd decrypt but i had some success..
