Unable to switch between full screen and windowed!

Hi,

has anyone else experienced this? When I change config to start in windowed mode it's still fullscreen! Also alt + enter doesn't toggle between fullscreen and windowed. Anything I'm doing wrong?

what renderer are you using
if using fse then this would be correct(fullscreen exclusive)
