zap2it and xmltv epg source not showing all channels

I have setup my zap2it account to show all of the DirecTV channels for Atlanta. Using zap2xml I can pull all of the data. I have looked at the xml file that it generates and I see all 400 or so channels.
The problem is the gbpvr epg doesn't see all of those channels. When I look at the TV guide via the gui I see only channels below 100. No show details.
The config app only shows channels below 100.
I have emptied the epg via the config app.
I have uninstalled / reinstalled gbpvr a couple of times to no avail.
What next?

There is probably a problem with the xml file zap2xml is producing. Hit the 'update epg' in the config app, then zip and attach the config.exe.log and I'll take a look for errors.

Yep, as I suspected, there is a problem in the file. Its an invalid file because it contains duplicate channels. You'd probably have to ask the author of zap2xml to look into it.

You know how someone will tell you that something isn't working right and then you stand behind them and it works?
Well...
I had emptied the epg multiple times.
Deleted the cache files for the zap2xml grabber and deleted the xmltv.xml file.
All multiple times.
You tell me there's a problem with the xml file.
I delete the cache and xml file again.
It works.
