EVR Fullscreen Aspect Ratio

I'm slow.

Does the fix for the EVR from microsoft apply to Vista or is XP specific.
I'm using Vista. When I select fullscreen aspect ratio, the video is about two inches from the left my my screen and one inch from the right of my screen.

Its XP only. I've never seen any problems with the aspect ratio in Vista.

Does pressing F7 a few times fix it?
