Net Radio song update

It's great that net radio is back in the main release and showing artist - song information.

The problem I'm having is that the song information is not updating when the song changes. In order to get the screen to update, I need to hit a key on my keyboard or remote.

Is there any way to get the screen to update every n seconds so this can happen automatically?

Its supposed to update the screen automatically whenever the info changes. I just tried it here and its definitely working for me.

Can anyone else confirm having the same problem?

Thanks for the replies. Attached is the favourites playlist file for the feed I'm listening to (radio Paradise 128k MP3 feed). Can someone try it and let me know if the updates are working for them, or let me know if they see something wrong with the syntax of the playlist file.

I just started the feed again, and (...buffering) is showing. It will continue to show until I hit a key on the remote.

Radio Paradise get updated with no problems on my computer (I copied your link to my net radio folder)

Small update: It tuns out that the song title info updates when I'm listening while viewing the main menu, but not when I'm viewing the Net Radio favourites page.

I don't know if that provides any insight into what the "problem" may be, but now I know how I can view GBPVR so the song info updates.

I have the same problem, favoutites page just stays showing (.....buffering) until I hit a key. Song titles are not refreshed when the song changes until you press a key.

The same is true on the Music Library page. It refreshes automatically on the main menu page.

Is the "now playing" info only supposed to update on the main menu page or should it be updating on the sub pages too?

I also see the same behaviour on the MVP.

Updates now on song change in both Net Radio and Music Library pages.
