Failure to delete recordings?

I'm not sure when this started happening. But, when I go to delete a recording, nothing happens. So I checked the log, and this is what I found.

What process could be using this file? Is there any way to find out?

Update:
I just checked, the directory is empty. But, I cannot remove it. Even manually, it won't let me delete the directory..

Sorry, I dont know.

reboot should free it up...
but look for comskip, or cmd.exe processes now cuz they may be the culprit...
also sometimes antiviruses...[still scanning]

sometimes comskip will hang and not exit...
