adding Capture Card (analog)

Hi,

can somebody tell me how I can add an analog capture card. The example shown in the wiki is only for digital cards and I do not have the mentioned entry BDA Receiver at the GraphEdit.

Would the current version of gbvr work with Hauppage WinTV Nova USB?

The page needs to be updated but it will at least get you started. Note that with the latest GBPVR you will be adding an "Analog Recording Source" instead of a "Direct Recording Source".

the nova usb wintv tuner does not work as a analog tuner with gbpvr as it does not have a hardware mpeg2 encoder

Thank you for the information.

That means that I cannot use the gbpvr with the NOVA USB WINTV. Do anyone know other programms which will support this device?

Usually the only software that will support non hardware encoder cards is the software that came with it. There is a software encoder plugin on the wiki but no longer unsupported.
