Not sure if this has been mentioned before but I just interrupted a recording by using 'Restart Recording Service' option from the right-click on the GBPVR systray icon.

As I remember it, if I make changes in Config and click OK, it warns there is a recording in progress before it restarts the service. It would be useful, if possible, to have a similar warning. I think this could also apply to the 'Stop Recording Service' option from the systray app.

Cheers,
Brian

Wouldn't it be easier just to look if it's green? Green means it's recording....

Normally yes but I was working on 'auto-pilot'.

Split second - drag mouse, right-click, select Restart. I didn't even pay attention to what colour it was as I wasn't expecting anything to be recording at 2am. I also have a 'colour shift' on my eyesight at the blue end of the spectrum - to me, the icon always has a light green tinge even when it's not recording. I don't always know it's recording until use 'Show Status'.

Cheers,
Brian
