ZProcess is limited to whatever the transcoder (FFmpeg or MEncoder) can do.

Oh ok. Thanks. I just saw where Mencoder can take mov files as input. This is a great tool by the way. I have a bunch of mov files that I'd like to transcode in a batch, and ZProcess provides an awesome tool with which to do this.
