Is QAM available with Dvico Fusion HDTV5 RT Lite? No channels...

Can the Dvico Fusion HDTV5 RT Lite be set up for QAM?
I've added Fusion HDTV5 Lite (QAM) (from bda.ini) as a capture source but whenever I scan I can't pick up anything.
The card works fine with the Dvico shipped software.
I attached my Filtercheck.log file along with the config.exe-native.log file.

The logs show that it never locks onto a signal. Try one of the alternate frequency ini files. Search for us-cable.ini

oh yeah,
I should have specified that I did try them out. I got the zip file with the different .ini files and neither work. (I did rename them to qam.ini when I used them).
In fact, I was not able to use the large qam.ini with 320 channels, nor the qam(with ota) file. When I tried running either of those, I'd get a message saying that it seemed the card was already in use. The other files (hrc, irc...) scanned, but did not get any channels.

Those files throw an error because the commenting at the end should not be there. I keep meaning to fix them.

If you tried each of the other files and they didn't find anything, then I'm not sure what to suggest, sorry.
