Latest Version GB-PVR v1.2.9

Remote Control for Windows XP Media Center Edition OEM with two two IR Blasters
I have loaded the correct modified MCE drivers works great with GB-PVR

Latest HIP Version 3028

GB-PVR uses HIPSEND

I have trained HIP with SKY Remotes and tied those in with GB-PVR thru HIP
All goes well otherwise just no Channel selection past Channel 9
It integrates thru the TV Guide except when i go for a two digit channel and
then it reverts to the first remote push eg 24 would take me to Channel 2

Appreciate your Help

I performed a search for "double digit Channels", found a few threads. Try the same.

If they're no use, the extra info you've added in your last post will help someone more knowledgeable about HIPSEND/NZ Sky help you Smile

It seems very few people have had this issue with HIP AND MCE remote
If any one has a clue as to the what might be the issue I would much appreciate it

What decoder are you using?

I had problems with the orginal Pace decoder with the slanted front.
The IR reciver on this model is set back inside the box so you cant get the IR emitter right next to it.

the Motorola seems the best works with no problems at all.

Hey cool thanks for the support

Sorry to say for me its Motorola Model DTH320-4

Its a very frustrating problem I thought I had conquered it all and then came hip so at the moment i can View and record only 9 channels out of 30+ I will enjoy getting on top of this issue but at the moment feeling a little lost!!

under alternate input there is a ir send repeat have you tried changing that

personally i wouldnt use the drivers you have loaded

back up your setup file
then load original driver
delete all keys from the first screen pvrx2.exe
only leave the keys in alternate input (hip send learnt keys)
you can also add the start key from remote to alternate input

one more thing you try is under alternate input there is a ir send repeat have you tried changing that

also at the bottom of the wiki page it talks about delays
sounds like yours may be sending the second command to quick after the first
you could try adding a delay in the secondary command of the alternate input so effectively its a pause between buttons

you say it doesnt change channel when you go through the tv guide

does it change channel if you press say 1 wait a bit longer than you would normally the 3 hopefully getting 13 or does it still just do 1

I had the same trouble and found that on two different makes of sky boxes a 225 millisecond delay was the point where the codes starting dropping because they were coming out of HipSend too quickly and about 1500 milliseconds was too slow as the box thought it was getting two different channel commands. Setting it to 750 milliseconds worked great for me.
