channels are missing - can they be added?

I am missing some channels (DVB-T UK). It is really strange because on one PC I was missing E4. Then with that tuner moved to a different computer I am missing E4 and now Film4. I tried adding it manually but it won't let me copy paste in the details.

GBPVR is excelent... it is all working really well except this missing couple of channels! Please help, any ideas?

The channel has to be broadcasting for it to be picked up by the scan. Not sure about E4 but I don't think Film 4 broadcasts 24hrs does it? Make sure they are broadcasting when you scan.
I always forget about the extra BBC channels that don't start until after 7pm.

I rescaned this eve and it works! Except I have to use E4+1 because E4 isn't there for some some strange reason.

You could try the ScanChannelsBDA_UK utility to see if you have a signal problem. Also, you can find details about your transmitter here - see if there any known problems with E4...
