I'm trying to transcode a bunch of avi's that are all in the same folder. I selected the first file in the folder and then click on the "Do All" button after selecting the correct profile. A bunch of instances of FFMpeg launch, but less than half of the files are transcoded. Are there any particular steps to get this to work? This is a GREAT tool by the way!

That's with Version 1 of ZProcess. I'm quite fuzzy on that. Reading my own wiki page, I would suspect that you are doing the right steps. Although if I remember, it was designed to run the ffmpeg/mencoder instances in series (one after another) I suspect that the individual instances are failing, and the ZProcess moves onto the next.

I would start each of the files one by one, manually, and see if the ffmpeg/Mencoder actually transcodes properly.

I can't really help you much more that this. I don't have version 1 running anymore, nor will I bother as I'm on to version 2. Here's the rub though... Version 2 has no support for mutiple files, and I doubt I will be working on that anytime soon...

Yeah, I thought I remember seeing somewhere that you said version 2 wasn't really meant to be used for manual transcoding. Thanks, I'll try kicking off ffmpeg manually and see what it does.
