No plot information in MovieWiz

Hi,
I wonder if this is just a problem because of the lookup order I have chosen. When I load new movies in the MovieWizManager (1.0.15.3), it cannot download the plot information from ImDB. Everything else including artwork downloads flawlessly.
Is this normal - which web source should I choose to download plot information automatically?
Currently I manually cut and paste plot information into the plot field from websites like dvdempire.com

Nope, not normal behavior. Can you retrieve some info that fails, zip your logs and post, I'll take a look.

EDIT: Note, there is also a newer version (v1.0.16.0), you might want to try that first.

For what it's worth, I have exactly the same issue: everything loads fine except that the plot field stays blank. Of course I only realized this AFTER loading alllllll my movies...

I'm using version 1.0.15.0; before I upgrade, did anything change in more recent versions that would remedy the problem?

Can you zip and post your logs after a failure. If you are using MovieWizManager, be sure to include the MovieWizManager.exe.log

Looks like you may have an older version of WizWebHelper.DLL. Could you try installing the most current WizDLLs from here and try again? If it doesn't work, try zipping up your logs directory and post all the log files.

Installing the most recent WizDLLs worked! I tried adding a new movie and reloading the details of a few movies already in the database, and all loaded the plot info correctly.

Good, I'm glad you got it working. There must have been a version of WizWebHelper.DLL that had a bug in the plot logic.
