MovieWiz v1.0.17.0 released

Hi JW,

I noticed a problem in the MW Manager External Player tab. It does not allow any of the selected external player's associated extensions to be deselected. Even worse when you look at what is being stored in the database - the extensions list gets appended to itself and just grows.

Found the problem, it will be fixed in the next version of MovieWiz.
