Can't get to Photo Library Wiki page

In the Wiki Manual/Default Plugins, Photo Library is not listed.
Under Configuration/Plugins/Default Plugins, Photo Library is listed. But if you click the link it takes you to a Wiki login page. My guess is that somewhere there is a least a brief page on the default Photo Library plugin. Could someone fix these links?

I doubt if there is a page there about the Photo Library. I think no-one ever got to writing one, probably because it speaks for its self more or less.
