When I bring up MovieWiz on the PCH the date/time on the top right get cut off. This doesn't happen on the PC, but it does on the PCH. I don't know if this is specific to the PCH or is it because of screen configurations. My PC monitor is a 4x3 display and the PCH is displaying 1080p. Obviously, this is not a big deal. I just wanted to see if this is a PCH specific thing or an aspect ratio thing. Keep in mind that this only happens in MovieWiz. Example: It doesn't happen in guide or recordings.

If you have not set up your screen dimensions properly things might be cutoff in the overscan area. Search on the MVP Screen position plugin for more info.

I'll give that a shot. I just found it strange that it only happens in MW.

I had this problem but it's easily fixed by editing the moviewiz skin in your gbpvr skins plugins directory. Edit the .xml file relating to moviewiz in notepad and near the start you'll see an entry for date/time and a number just before it of 65 I think (sorry to not be more specific, not at my HTPC currently). Change that 65 to 60 and it should do the trick.

I don't see any MW skin in the SkinPlugin directory. There is a SkinPluginConfig.xml but I don't see anything referring to MW. Could you give me some more detail? Thanks

What skin are you using?

If it is the Blue skin, the MovieWiz main skin file can be found @ c:\Program Files\Devnz\Gbpvr\skin2\Blue\MovieWiz\skin.xml.

If you are using a different skin, substitute Blue with the target skin directory (ie Community3).

I am using Community3. Thanks for the file location. I made the change, but I'm not going to test until tomorrow. I have to get to bed.
