Nova T 500 with Freeview HD no picture/sound.

Sorry, I dont know then. As far as I can tell, it just looks like your device is failing to lock onto a signal.

OK so I got rid of vista and installed again from scratch on xp. I now get a picture which is smooth and clear but still no sound. I get sound on everything else. Have tried all ther decoder options. any ideas?

To listen to the HE-AAC audio, you need to have the monogram aac decoder installed: http://blog.monogram.sk/janos/2008/04/20...oder-0950/

Install that decoder, and select it on the playback tab.
