Zero Byte Recordings

I just noticed that I was getting 0-byte recordings this week. Checked the hard drive and it's still got some space left (150+GB) so no idea why it didn't record. Live TV seems to be working okay. Did a couple of short recordings to test (5-KTLA Spiderman, 5-KTLA Chaotic and 11-KTTVDT TMNT).

I'm using a SiliconDust HDHomeRun and both tuners are connected to the same antenna via a Channel Vision splitter. Checking the status with the HDHomeRun Manager shows good signal strength and quality (80+%) and 100% symbol quality while recording.

Help please?

What was the name and time of a specific recording that failed, so I know where I'm looking in the logs?

The most recent one. Just finished testing when I zipped the logs. Spectacular Spiderman and Chaotic, I think, 8/30/2008, 9AM ~ 10:00AM?

I'm guessing its the Cyberlink mux causing the problem. Its been known to have problems with some high def ATSC streams in the past.

Maybe try running with the dvr-ms mux for a while to see if you still have the problem.
